Mental health is an essential aspect of overall well-being, yet it is often overlooked and misunderstood. There are myths and misconceptions and our conference is bringing together experts and advocates to dispel these.

There are also stigmas attached; and some who are having mental fitness challenges are afraid to seek help because of these stigmas. Our speakers will provide a safe space where you can feel comfortable to be vulnerable and receive the knowledge, tools and healing you need.

The deliberate lunch hour networking opportunities will also help you to realize that there are persons there “just like you” whether you are at the “ebb or flow” of your life.
